The Staff and Organisation Support Programme is one of the programmes which the Richmond Foundation provides in order to promote the mental well-being of employees. It provides comprehensive short-term counselling and referral services to help employees achieve a balance between their work, family and other personal responsibilities.
This service is now available to all Alfred Gera & Sons Ltd. employees on a highly confidential basis.
