This role ensures timely purchasing, accurate record-keeping, compliance with healthcare regulations, and cost-effective inventory control to support pharmacy operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in purchasing pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, equipment and any other products retailed in pharmacies, from approved vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Monitor stock levels and coordinate with pharmacy staff to prevent shortages or overstocking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify deliveries against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO\/FEFO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control, or pharmacy operations preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply with the form below or submit your application letter and a detailed CV to&nbsp;recruitment@alfredgera.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All applications will be&nbsp;acknowledged and treated in strictest confidence.
