As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, Alfred Gera & Sons Ltd. has teamed up with the Richmond Foundation and is now participating in their Staff and Organisation Support Programme.<\/p>\n

The Staff and Organisation Support Programme is one of\u00a0the programmes which the Richmond Foundation provides in order\u00a0to promote the mental well-being of employees.\u00a0It provides\u00a0 comprehensive short-term\u00a0counselling and referral services to help employees\u00a0achieve a balance between their work, family and other\u00a0personal responsibilities.<\/p>\n

This service is now available to all Alfred Gera & Sons Ltd. employees on a highly confidential basis.<\/p>\n
