The Role

We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be entrusted to  manage the implementation and continuous enhancement of Human Resources strategies, policies and procedures that ensure the company has the necessary resources to realize its business plans. Ensure employees are motivated and rewarded for their contributions and encouraged to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

The Responsibilities

The Human Resources Executive shall be :

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and Employer Branding;
  • Actively involved in recruitment processes;
  • Carrying out staff Performance Reviews;
  • Dealing with HR Related administration work and supporting Forecasting and Budgeting;
  • Preparing and handling work permits – applications and renewals;
  • Holding Engagement surveys, HR & Feedback Sessions;
  • Organising Training and Activities;
  • Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

The Candidate should have:

  • Good command of the Maltese and English languages;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office;
  • An understanding of employment legislation;
  • Excellent problem solving skills.

With the following Education & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar function
