The Role

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Representative to join our team. The role requires an individual to contact the regular customer base while supporting clients with ordering top-ups for the full portfolio of pharma products. Furthermore, the successful applicant shall also be required to support with administrative work.

The Responsibilities

The Tele-Sales Representative shall be responsible to follow the day-to-day tele-sales schedule stipulated by contacting clients on a daily basis. Further responsibilities shall include:

  • Ensuring proper explanation about the specific product portfolio
  • Communicating with customers to understand their requirements while addressing any related matters
  • Offering solutions based on the specific customer needs
  • Updating client records as necessary
  • Assisting with the monitoring of ongoing promotions
  • Handling complaints and escalate to the appropriate channels
  • Assisting with ongoing collection of market intelligence
  • Supporting with the achievement of budget sales as prepared on a regular basis

The Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organisational and skills, as well as the ability to engage with customers by phone in a professional manner. S/he should have an Ordinary Level Standard of Education or a relevant Diploma. Furthermore, the selected applicant should have digital literacy skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. A can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond will be considered an asset.

The chosen candidate is expected to work on a 20-hour week schedule which will be mostly based on tele-sales with some office work from time to time.
