The Role

We are looking for a full-time Regulatory Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will join an existing strong and dynamic team and will be engaged in the various aspects of registration of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and foodstuffs.

The Responsibilities

The Regulatory Officer shall be responsible for the submission of the required technical documentation to maintain product registration. Furthermore, the successful applicant will also be responsible to monitor incoming products for compliance with local requirements. 

Further responsibilities include:

  • Keeping up to date on all regulatory matters including local legislation and EU Directives.
  • Maintaining local and supplier portals, databases and electronic/paper filing. 
  • Liaising closely with the Responsible Person and regulatory counterparts overseas.
  • Maintaining relations with the Medicines Authority and when necessary, have meetings with them.
  • Submit reports on regulatory matters.
  • Perform the necessary quality and regulatory checks as necessary.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or relevant fields (including medical,  sciences, and/or healthcare). Furthermore, the selected applicant should have good communication, analytical, and organizational skills as well as be able to work with minimal supervision.

Additionally, s/he should be:

  • Proficient in English.
  • Proficient in the use of the Windows 10/11 Operating system and Office applications including Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Knowledgeable in EU pharmaceutical legislation.
  • Previous experience working in a Good Distribution Practice (GDP) environment would be considered an asset.
  • Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions.
  • Meticulous, organized and able to solve problems.
  • In possession of a clean driving license and having own transport.
  • Work well in a team.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate and experience in a similar role will affect the salary package.
