The Role

We are currently seeking a full-time Quality Officer to join our team. The chosen candidate will become part of our dynamic team and will be involved in various aspects of ensuring product quality across our distribution lines.

The Responsibilities

The Quality Officer will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards throughout the distribution process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting quality inspections and checks on incoming products to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of quality assurance protocols and standards.
  • Collaborating closely with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues.
  • Monitoring and maintaining quality documentation and records.
  • Implementing and enforcing quality control measures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Investigating and resolving quality-related concerns and discrepancies.
  • Participating in internal and external audits as required.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with a solid understanding of quality assurance principles. Additionally, the candidate should have:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with Windows 10/11 Operating system and Office applications.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance regulations and standards, with experience in a Good Distribution Practice (GDP) environment being advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • A clean driving license and access to transportation.
  • An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, with salary commensurate with experience.
